1515 Tech, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Solitaire 1515 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Solitaire 1515 is designed to collect as little information as possible.
Purchase Information. If you choose to subscribe to premium features, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details, billing address, or full name. Apple may share limited, aggregated transaction data with us (such as whether a subscription is active) for the purpose of unlocking features you've paid for.
Local Device Data. The App stores certain information locally on your device only, such as your game statistics, settings, and trial status. This information is not transmitted to us or any third party and stays on your device unless you delete the App or reset your device.
Referral Links. If you invite a friend to try Solitaire 1515, we use anonymous, aggregate-level campaign links to measure how many people install the App from an invite. These links do not identify you or your friend individually, and we do not collect contact information (such as phone numbers or email addresses) as part of this feature.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or crash-reporting tools. We do not use Game Center or any other service that would associate your gameplay with an Apple ID or personal profile. We do not display ads, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Purchases made within the App are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple's collection and use of your information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not this one. We encourage you to review Apple's privacy practices separately.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data for cross-app or cross-site advertising purposes.
Because Solitaire 1515 does not collect personal information, there is generally no personal data for us to provide access to, correct, delete, or transfer on your request. Solitaire 1515 does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information from any user, this applies equally to users of all ages.
Since all gameplay data is stored locally on your device, you can delete this information at any time by deleting the App. We do not retain any personal data on our servers.
