1515 Tech LLC ("1515 Tech," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our mobile applications, including Solitaire for iOS, and our website at 1515tech.com.
If you contact us via email for support or feedback, we receive the information you choose to share — your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you.
Our Solitaire app does not require an account and does not collect personally identifiable information during gameplay. Game data such as your progress, settings, and statistics is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
If the app crashes, Apple may collect anonymized diagnostic information through iOS and make aggregated reports available to us through App Store Connect. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to fix bugs and improve the app.
If you participate in our TestFlight beta, Apple collects certain information as part of the TestFlight program, including your email address (used to send you the beta invitation) and any feedback you submit through the TestFlight app. This information is handled in accordance with Apple's own Privacy Policy. We receive only the feedback content you submit.
We use the limited information we receive to:
To be explicit about what we do not do:
Game data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. We do not operate servers that store your personal gameplay data. Email communications sent to us are stored securely and are used only to respond to your inquiry.
Our apps are designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Our Solitaire app does not currently integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or social media SDKs. The only third-party platform involved is Apple — through the App Store, TestFlight, and iOS system services — and their data practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Since we collect very little personal data, there is typically little to act on. However, if you have contacted us by email and would like us to delete that correspondence, please reach out and we will do so. Residents of California and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights — contact us with any requests.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
